🌱 Honey cream with hemp🌱

Recipe prepared for the project Smoke.io

With hemp seeds, you can make another sweetness-honey cream with hemp-simply and quickly. I fry the seeds in the oven, then grind them in a coffee grinder. In the resulting powder gradually add honey and mix well.

This honey cream with hemp can be spread on bread or unsweetened cookies.

Ingredients:

• Purified hemp seeds - 1 tbsp.
• Flax seeds -1 tsp
• Chia seeds-1 tsp
• Liquid honey - 5 tbsp.
