Food is Life - Pork belly stir-fried with chives.

Ingredients.
500 grams pork belly.
1 tbp Korean chilli sauce.
1 tbsp ketchup.
1 tbsp fish sauce.
1 tsp oyster sauce.
1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp pepper.
1 bunch chives cut into pieces, 1 onion thinly sliced.
Instructions.
Step 1: Shaved dirts on the pork skin, then washed, sliced-slightly thick.
Put the pork into the bowl with chilli sauce, ketchup, sugar, oyster sauce, fish sauce, onion and pepper, mix well. For 1 hour or overnight for spices.
Step 2: Place the pan on the stove, add 1 tbsp oil, wait the oil heat up. Add meat pieces and fry with medium heat.
Fry on the both side before put it into a plate. Have a pan which you was cooking meat, put chives and onion, stir-fry for a few minutes.
Onion and chives arrange on the plate with meat. Surrounding add lettuce and cucumber.
Pork belly stir-fried serve with hot cooked rice and kimchi very tasty
