Bottom:

•sugar 1 tbsp
•water 1 tbsp
•cocoa1 spoon

Curd:

•curd cheese 500 g
•a baking cube Kasia 50 g
•100 g sugar
•vanilla sugar 1 tbsp
•dark chocolate or milk 1 pc
•potato flour 25 g
•egg 1

Top of the cake:

•cream 36% 100 ml
•150 g raspberries

Preparation:

1.Cook the heat in a saucepan with water, sugar and cocoa. Mix with crumbled biscuits. Put the bottom of molds into the muffins with Kasia and put out small rings of baking paper.

3.Soften Kasia with sugar, vanilla sugar, egg and curd. Add the potato flour and mix thoroughly.

4.Add the melted chocolate in the water bath and mix again.

5.Place the cheese mass on the cookie bottom. Place the form into a larger mold in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Then open the oven. Pour a glass of water into a large mold in the oven and reduce the temperature in the oven to 150 ° C and bake for 20 minutes. Easy to study.
