super tasty garlic chicken

Ingrediernts

1. 1 full chicken ct into 8 pieces

2. Cajun spice 1 tsp

3. garlic and chili paste 3tsp

 4. ketchup ( tomato sauce) 

5. salt to taste

Method

Mix the chicken with the Cajun spice and garlic and chili paste. Allow to marinate for 3-4 hours minimum.

Cook the chicken on med to low heat for 20 minutes. Add the ketchup and salt once cooked. Allow the ketchup to become sticky.

ENJOY
