Both of the two companies are the most widespread coffee shops in the whole world. Starbucks launched in the USA and it's the first cafe chain in the world. As for Costa Coffee which is a british brand, it comes right after Starbucks in term of the rank.

No one of us can deny that both cafe chains are offering high quality drinks. However, there is a big competition between the two cafe chains.

The most important and breakings news are the fact that Coca Cola attacks Starbucks by bying Costa Coffee for about an estimated value of 4.3 billion euros. Whitbread, the founder of Costa Coffee has announced this decision made by Coca Cola
