Godok-godok recipe

I have overripe bananas at home. I feel bad to throw it into garbage. Fortunately, there is a simple traditional recipe that one of the ingredients is ripe banana even it much better with overripe banana. The dish is called godok godok in bahasa Aceh. Lets make it!

Ingredients:
4 ripe/overripe bananas
1 cup of rice flour
1 teaspoon of salt

Steps:

mashed the ripe bananas

add the rice flour and salt. Mix well.

Deep frying the batter spoon by spoon on medium heat until brown.

Serve hot.
