Brownies steamed

Ingredients
4 chicken eggs
50 ml SKM chocolate (2 sachets)
80 gr of medium protein flour
150 gr sugar
35 gr cocoa powder
120 gr margarine
75 gr DCC
1 tsp baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
2 tsp SP (cake emulsifier)

Step
Melt DCC & margarine, remove. Prepare a baking sheet that has been smeared with margarine and flour. I use the size of a 7 x 18 cm dish.
Prepare the container and insert eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla powder, and SP. Use Mixer with the highest speed (small start slowly, then move to medium, then highest) maximum 10 minutes until the dough is white and fluffy. Turn off mixer.
In the flour containers, add cocoa powder and baking powder, stir slowly until well blended.
Add the mixture of flour & cocoa powder to the egg dough. Use Mixer with small speed, evenly distributed. After that turn off the mixer and stir the remaining dough that is still uneven with the spatula.
Boil water in a steam pan. Cover the pot lid with a cloth.
Enter the DCC & liquid margarine into the dough. Stir with spatula until evenly distributed.
Fill the pan with some dough. After boiling water, steam into the pan for 10 minutes. After that take 3 - 4 spoon of dough and insert into chocolate SKM container. Stir well.
After 10 minutes, unscrew the pot and insert the SKM dough into the steam dough, flatten it. Steam again for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, unscrew the pan and insert the remaining dough, flatten. The last steam for 25 minutes. Total steaming is 45 minutes.

Remove the pan from the steam pan, wait a little cold. After that move by flipping the baking pan of brownies onto the plate. Once cool, cut into pieces and serve on a plate
