Chicken Teriyaki at Food Junction Midvalley

As some of you might recall, a few days ago I did a short post on some Yee Mee that I ordered at Food Junction (Mid Valley). That was due to the nasty sore throat that I had, it prevented me from ordering anything more juicy. Today however, I’m back again at Mid Valley and this time - Without my sore throat!

I went over the stalls they had there and at last decided to settle on some nice Chicken Teriyaki. A simple japanese meal, that is also very economic (considering how prices are usually sky high when it comes to Japanese food), and provides me with enough side dishes to call myself full after it.

The chicken teriyaki was rather simple, the sauce wasn’t really jam packed with umami, but it does its job. The miso soup was not bad, unlike many cheaper japanese stalls/restaurants that sell overly seasoned soups. I also got a nice bowl of cawan mushi* (spelling?) to enjoy along with my rice.

Overall, the meal was really worth it, for both the taste and the quantity!
