- Rebus kulit durian sampai lembek
- Tiriskan
- Siapkan bumbunya: sere, bawang merah, bawang putih, cabai rawit, jahe, tomat, merica, garam. Semua bumbu ini disiapkan secukupnya sesuai selera kemudian tumis bumbunya.
- Masukkah kulit durian yang telah ditiriskan tadi, aduk rata dan tunggu sampai matang (kira-kira 15 menit)
- Setelah itu, angkat kulit duriannya dan buang semuanya, karena kulit durian hanya bisa dimasak tapi tidak bisa dimakan.
