Bangali Pitha ‘Pakon’
Yesterday, I made pakon pitha. This is bangali traditional pitha. It is so tasty. But I did not make it before. Before I think it is so difficult items.
Here is the process how I made this pitha.
This is a soaked by sugar syrup.
First, need some rice and dal powder.
That made some Dow. And design like that.
And fry them in the oil.
And then soak them in the sugar syrup.one hour later the pitha will complete.
