It is dubbed "Vietnamese Pizza".
It is made from rice flour, added egg, scallion, butter, dried beef and many other surprises. It's really fragrant and crunchy. You will definitely enjoy it. I hope everyone in Vietnam can not ignore this dish :))
That actually looks good. I sure do wish I had some of that for a late night snack :)
