Change Direction If You Need to

...changing directions if you need to pivot and try something new is not something to be ashamed of.

We all do things and we all try out new habits that we hope will make us more productive and live a better life.

I started going to the gym 2x a day, but after 2 days of that, my back got really sore.

There’s no reason to push through that.

Now I’m taking a very short break.

I will do 1 day with no gym and then 1 day with 1 workout and then the day after that I will go back to the 2 a days.

It’s always good to change things up if you feel a deep need for it.

Stick to your guns when you believe in the mission, but don’t be afraid to drop it for a new path if needed!

@gallerani, Absolutely true words and we should not take back step when we know the path and path is vital, but unnecessary actions and unproductive actions should not be pushed further. We should be open minded and dynamic to attain the win over our situations. Stay blessed.
