Sometimes all you need is a creative adherence!
Adhering to a diet is something that eludes many.
My advice is to keep it both simple, yet creative.
Eat similar foods each day but be creative with it.
Yesterday I had some tacos for dinner and had some extra leftovers this morning.
So I took the tacos and put my usual eggs on top because I need my extra protein before heading to the gym.
Notice that I eat the same general foods each day — breakfast consists of a carb, a protein and eggs. — but I find creative ways to change it up while sticking with those boundaries!
This is the proper way to adhere to a diet!
