Stop procrastinating it!

I always love my sauna time.

It lets me just sit alone with my thoughts in a very quiet and darkened room.

The sauna, in my opinion, is one of the best environments to sit and think and reflect on your life and how you can improve it.

Simultaneously, you’re getting some great hyperthermic conditioning benefits!

Something I’m reflecting on at the moment is my joint pain, back pain, etc.

For a while now I’ve worked through a lot of these pains.

Sure I’ve made tons of gains in the gym, but I’m also going for longevity and healthiness here.

So I need to stop procrastinating my yoga and stretching and cardio routines.
