hm... I have never tried pea sprouts before I guess this should be interesting. My guess from the pomegranate and mango, this should be a sour sweet salad and a vinegary zest feel in it.
So the "jerky looked" slices are zucchinis? That's the only ingredient I was not familiar looking at your picture haha.

Not sure is our definition the same. I mean the jerky-looked. The zucchini can be found at the bottom right hand side. The one looked like semicircle. Small one. They cut into small slices of semicircles.😊
