Baking Chocolate chip cookies
Chocolate chip cookies are a go-to favorite dessert, sweet snack, or after-school treat. Today, I joined @kilathecla and three other staff on making chocolate chips cookies. The recipe is simple and easy to follow.
Ingredients
1 cup of butter
1 cup of brown Sugar
1 cup of cooking oil
1/2 cup caster sugar
2 big spoon of fresh milk
1 egg
1 small spoon of esen vanila or coffee
1 pinch of Salt
4 cup of wheat flour
1 small spoon of tartar cream
1 small spoon of baking soda
1 small spoon of soda bicarbonat
2 cups of chocolate chips
1 cup of nuts (optional)
Directions
Evenly position 2 racks in the middle of the oven and preheat to 375 degrees F.
Bake, until golden, for about, 8 to 10 minutes, depending on how chewy or crunchy you like your cookies. Transfer hot cookies with a spatula to a rack to cool and then serve.
We managed to get twelve jars of chocolate chips cookies. This cookies will be sold to customer to help the comunity in our center.
Melt the butter, let it cool for a while and the whisk it with sugars, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth.
Whisk the flour, baking soda and salt in another bowl. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients with a wooden spoon; take care not to over mix. Stir in flour, chocolate chips and nuts.
Bake, until golden, for about, 8 to 10 minutes, depending on how chewy or crunchy you like your cookies. Transfer hot cookies with a spatula to a rack to cool and then serve.
Store cookies in a tightly sealed container for up to 5 days.
