Foodie!!!

Did I mention that I'm a foodie too? Yeah, I love good food and I'm also a great cook.
So I've been hearing of PLANTAIN FRITTATA otherwise known as PLANTAIN PIZZA. Some of you might know it but I know many haven't tried it
So I and my kid sis decided to try it out (I love trying new things especially in the kitchen 😄) and trust me it was really worth it 😊.
As someone that loves sharing, I've decided to share with you guys the recipe in my next post.
I'll upload the pictures and also the ingredients and procedures.
It's very easy to make and also it's worth the little stress
