Elegant, Sweet and Tasty! part 1

After a great meal of wonderful seafood, meats and fresh juices there was not much else to be desired on this particular evening. The day was coming to a lovely conclusion with this evening meal and sometimes I thought, could it really get any better?

The answer of course, it shall and it will as it was finally time to order some wonderful desserts. Nha Trang was quite warm in the evenings and I was left longing for something refreshing yet not too rich. It’s easy to get a little sickly for overly sugary desserts. While I had enjoyed my meal thoroughly, the very conclusion that would define the night would be the last serving and that was left to the dessert of choice.
