Bak Chor Mee translates to Minced Pork Noodles ~ A teochew style cuisine that is mainly found in singapore and malaysia~
It Differs in many stalls and different countries , depending on their creativity and their unique style of cooking !
It consist of noodles , topped with minced meat , pork slices , pork balls ,fish cakes , sliced mushrooms & chives , you can also choose add more toppings like Abalone , fried dumplings , and chose your noodle to be spicy or with soya sauce!
It's a mixed of flavors, salty , fragrant , slighty sour , its one of dishes that i will need to upsize !
