Mandi Chicken Biryani

The word "mandi" comes from the Arabic word nada, meaning "dew", and reflects the moist 'dewy' texture of the meat. Mandi is usually made from rice, meat (lamb or chicken), and a mixture of spices. #SourceWikipedia

This is one of my favorite Arabic foods mandi chicken biryani. This menu is available in some Arabic Restaurant here in Abu Dhabi. It cost 18 AED. I like the taste of this spicy foods recipe, It has a great savory taste added by the pure tomatoes sauce. It looks delicious and nutritious.
