TORTANG BULINAW
This is a dish called "Tortang Bulinaw' and I'm cooking one right now for our lunch. Bulinaw are small fishes that is sold here by local vendors every morning. They caught tons of this today and this fish is seasonal.
I just mix Bulinaw fish with egg, flour and salt and pepper to make it stick together to form "torta" or cake. After that is i put it in a pan and deep fry it until it becomes golden brown.
