Rice Cakes wrapped in Banana leaves
"Suman" or rice cake in English is a kind of Filipino delicacy or may also be called as "pasalubong."
These suman are made from glutinous rice cooked in coconut milk (gata) wrapped in banana leaves and steamed. It is usually eaten sprinkled with sugar or laden with latik. Best eaten if paired with your favorite coffee or tea also.
