PIZZA THAT EVERY FILIPINO CAN MAKE AT HOME!!!

I have always thought that pizza is only for those who can afford, cause it's quite expensive for a Filipino pocket! Haha! 😂

But just today, we made our own pizza in our own little way.

And I realized you need not go into great lengths to make one. We only need bread, pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings. That's all.

Here we use baguette bread, because this is what we have in the house. But actually you can use any unflavored bread there is, like monay, pan desal, or even sliced bread!

Unfortunately when we were toasting our bread in the oven, we ran out of gas! What a coincidence! So we used the griller instead. There and then I realized that every Filipino family can make this at home! Afterall, Resilient and Resourceful are the middle names of most of us, right? So there you go, we can toast the bread even in the pan, in a low fire!

Then after toasting for a bit, we can put the pizza sauce on top. And the cheese. Suggested cheese is mozzarella, and this is what we use. But then again, we can use any other kind of cheese that melts. Then we can add the toppings. Toppings can be anything: pineapple, bacon, ham, onions, bell pepper. Really, whatever you like.

And this is it. Toast the bread again until the cheese melts and you'll have your pizza, freshly made from home!
