Dinner!

I just want to share our last night dinner.

We called this "sinampalukan manok". This is different from other sinampalukan dishes because it has tamarind leaves (dahon ng sampalok) If you want an added pungent taste, "sinampalukan manok" is the best for you.

Several of my friends here in Pangasinan were so curious about this dish. They find it interesting because it has leaves and flowers of tamarind. I hope you will love this too.
