do you know that red chiliIt is also a good source of Dietary Fiber, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Folate, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus and Copper, and a very good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Vitamin B6, Potassium and Manganese. They may be bitter but are quite healthy..
