又到深圳!
上次沒有食到招牌窑鸡, 這次人多可以試。
它肉嫩、多汁、骨香，其味之鲜美比昔日窑鸡美食更胜一筹。在制作过程中，小炳将秘制包裹好的鸡封入600℃的窑里，使得鸡肉里的肉汁瞬间被封住，令食客尝到的鸡肉鲜嫩美味。
可惜是它的叉燒實在有夠趕客!
