Hi, firends!!! Today I want to tell you of how at us do shawarma. In general, shawarma, this east dish is from Turkey. But this dish so was pleasant to the whole world that probably in each country it prepares on the and at the same time call shawarma!!!

It is necessary for us for preparation of the Russian shawarma:
1 Cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, all this is small cut.

**2 ** To a golden crust we will fry meat, any - pork, mutton, a bird, veal. We cook any meat which is at your place.

3 On a thin lavash, it is small loaf such, (he is similar to big pancake), we put meat, we water with mayonnaise, a gortsitsa, ketchup.

4 Then we put carrots, cabbage and cucumbers salad.

5 If desired we strew all this with hard cheese or the fried mushrooms. We wrap a lavash in an envelope and your shawarma is ready!!!
