Creamy garlic sauce
This sauce will fit almost everything: seafood, fish, meat, pasta, vegetables. Easy to prepare and can be stored.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter;
- 5-6 cloves of garlic;
- 300 ml of heavy cream;
- salt - to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste.
Cooking
Melt butter in a pan. Pass the garlic through a press or finely chop with a knife. Cook, stirring, for about a minute.
Add cream and bring them to a boil, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the sauce on low heat for about 10 minutes, until it thickens.
