Brownies Cake my homemade
Selamat siang sahabat steemian..
Hari ini saya ingin mencoba membuat brownies panggang kebetulan hari ini hari libur jadi aku membuat brownies ini spesial untuk keluargaku d rumah.
Bahan-bahan
- 120gr terigu segitiga
- 200gr Dcc (Dark cooking chocolate) potong-potong
- cokelat bubuk
- coklat batang
- 2 butir telur
- 150gr gula pasir
- 200gr margarin
- vanila secukupnya
- garam
- kacang almond, keju parut sebagai topping
Cara membuat - Panaskan coklat batang & margarin bersamaan terlebih dahulu.
- kemudian masukan telur,gula,vanila aduk hingga rata sampai mengembang
- masukan tepung terigu, garam, coklat bubuk aduk sampai rata.setelah itu masukan dcc yang sudah d potong mini k dalam adonan.
- tuangkan adonan ke dalam loyang yang sudah d berikan olesan mentega & setelah itu berikan topping almond & keju parut secukupnya.
- kemudian panggang adonan ke dalam oven hingga 35 menit.
- setelah itu brownies cake siap d sajikan.
