Hi Steemians...
Let more comfortable, Eid al-Fitr this time we eat KETUPAT. Ya KETUPAT is one of the special foods of Eid al-Fitr. If lazy buy then make your own KETUPAT.
Eating KETUPAT like enjoying soup with rice, very tasty and filling. Well if you want to make the KETUPAT itself, I will explain the material and how to make it below :

KETUPAT
Materials:
a. 250 grams of rice
b. 1/3 teaspoon salt
c. 3 pieces of pandan leaves
d. 6 liters of water
e. Leather ketupat (can be purchased in traditional markets)How to manufacture:
a. Add salt to washed rice. Stir well.
b. Put rice into rhinoceros made of 60% of the total volume.
c. Put rice ketupat into a presto pan.
d. Pour water then add pandan leaves. Cook.
e. After the steam appears, immediately close the valve on the pot cover and change the fire to medium heat, cook for 1 hour. (if you do not have a presto pot you can use a regular pot and cook ketupat for up to 3 hours).
f. When finished, do not just open the pan cover. Leave it first until the temperature decreases, so as not to explode.
g. Drain the ketupat, and hang the ketupat to dry completely.
h. Ketupat ready to serve and enjoyed.
