Who would have thought these English teams would be the teams competing in the finals for both European competitions? What a remarkable achievement for English teams.
Both Tottenham and Liverpool did it in difficult circumstances and this is why they are both a darling on the lips of everyone at the moment. You don't have to be their supporter to recognize their respective feat but as a football lover, you can't overlook it.
I think this is the first time since 1972 that we would be having all English team across European competitions. What a day to be alive yo witness it especially given the unlikely situations that they overcame. It's exciting. However it is, the cups are coming home to England.
Tottenham v Liverpool would be a spectacular match. I wouldn't lie, I want Tottenham to win this but the truth is, they both deserved it. They have shown resilience and determination all through and it has been an incredible journey for them so far. May the best one win.
Arsenal v Chelsea is another one to watch out for in Europa League Final. Arsenal's coach is a regular when it comes to winning Europa League because he won it thrice with Sevilla and Sarri hasn't really won any title before now. It would be a battle of experience between these two and as usual, may the best leg win.
