All To Play For, Nothing To Fight For

Chelsea vs Huddersfield

It's a game with all to play for as Chelsea welcome Huddersfield to the Bridge in their penultimate game of the season.

Chelsea come into this game on the back of a 1-0 victory over Liverpool at the weekend which help keep both 3rd placed Liverpool and 4th placed Tottenham under pressure. Huddersfield put in a very hard work to draw 0-0 with champions Man City.

The Blues are just three points behind Liverpool and two adrift of London rivals, Tottenham, albeit have played same number of games with Spurs, they have a game in hand over the Reds.

Huddersfield need at least two points from their remaining two games (away at Chelsea and home to Arsenal) to secure top flight football for next season except the remaining teams below the fail to get positive results.

MY PREDICTION

It's a game that has all to play for on different ends of the table and I see Chelsea being the hungrier side. However, I'm not ruling out Huddersfield stunning them.

Leicester City vs Arsenal

Unlike the other match above, both teams really do not have anything to play for except for Arsenal trying to save their face having not won a single point on the road in 2018, losing all six matches away and Leicester hoping to secure a top half diminish, following a bad start to the campaign.

Arsenal will be missing a host of regular faces in Mesut Ozil (back problem), Mohammed Elneny (Ankle) and Laurent Koscielny who is set to miss the summer World Cup after tearing his Achilles in the loss to Atletico Madrid. Leicester will also be without Shinji Okazaki, Kasper Schmeichel, Wilfred Ndidi, Danny Simpson, Robert Huth along with Ben Chilwell and Daniel Amartey. Vicente Iborra remains a doubt while Marc Albrighton is also a doubt as the team awaits the FA's decision on whether he is to miss the game following his red card again Crystal Palace.

Wenger is yet to lose in his 22 games against Leicester City and would not hope for that to start in his penultimate game as Arsenal's manager. Jamie Vardy has also scored in five in his five appearances against the Gunners.

MY PREDICTION

There would really be no hunger in this match except for pride. I expect a draw and if anyone is to win, I say Arsenal.
