UEFA To Investigate Neymar For VAR Comments

Paris Saint Germain striker, Neymar, is currently under investigation by UEFA for comments made aftermath of their ouster from the Champions League at the hand of Manchester United in the round of 16.

The Brazilian made comments suggesting that the last minute penalty given by referee Damir Skomina which was duly converted by Marcus Rashford and proved the ultimate eliminator of the French giants was disgraceful.

In his comments on Social media, he branded the penalty as nonexistent while also remarking that the four officials put at the helms by UEFA know nothing about football and only decided to give such a penalty after watching a slow motion video.

The referee awarded United an injury time penalty after reviewing a handball incident where PSG defender, Presnel Kimpembe was adjudged to have handled the ball.

Neymar missed both legs of the tie against Manchester United through injury and could only watch the second leg from the stands.
