The English Premier League is easily the most popular and watched league in the world. Anything EPL does, she does best. The title has been won with the last kick in the last minute of the last game on goal difference. Tell me any other league with that suspense.
Last season provided another kind of suspense. Manchester City and Liverpool fought until the last day of the league. A single point was the difference between the first and second.
That's EPL for you. The suspense is always there and that's why it is the best league out there.
The league started with Liverpool taking on newcomer Norwich. The game started and it took just 7 minutes for Norwich to go behind. Anfield is one stadium you don't want to concede early. The floodgates will open. Go and ask Barcelona and Arsenal. Concede early and Liverpool will make sure they score atleast 4 goals.
42minutes and Norwich is down by 4 goals to nothing. It looks like they will end up at 8 unless something is done urgently.
4 goals in the first half only for the second half to have just one goal. The score ended 4-1 and you are sure that this season is going to be full with goals. The tone has been set.
We have 6 matches taking place today and then 2 matches tomorrow to complete Game week 1. This means more matches for bettors to stake on.
We have different bets flying around already.
Most bets rely on last season stats and the current club squad. It's like a blind market now, we don't know if we are going to see Brighton and Hove Albion do a Leicester. You remember Leicester survived relegation to win the league title. I don't think that is possible.
Let's take a look at one of the bets I am playing today.
My Bet
Watford Vs Brighton and Hove Albion.
I am tipping Watford to win comfortably here. Brighton should be relegated this season. They have survived the drop twice and this is the season they will drop down to the championship.
Watford will want to improve on their past season showing and they need to show that against Brighton. They already got Ismailia Sarr who's one of my favourite right wingers. His pace, directness, and crossing ability will be needed in this match. Who knows, he might win a penalty for Troy Deeney to convert.
A Watford win and maybe a -1 handicap looks likely.

The league has began with a bang indeed and I watched that opening game where Norwich almost conceded 6!!!
I am waiting for tomorrow Man United Vs Chelsea game.
Maybe more two or 3 matches and I try my luck hehehe.
