Health is wealth so we we should have a good time eating healthy foods. Vegetables are one of those stuff having it. Once a week, l did making plain vegetables soup

My lady boss was diagnosed with high sugar and high blood pressure so we were the one eating this.

It was made up of onions, cabbage,radish, lemon grass, potato, carrots and lettuce. Put a little amount of salt only pinch of curcumin and black pepper powder. Serve while still hot. No rice!
