Unforgiveness is very rampant in Christianity. A lot of people are holding grudges against their family members, friends and colleaguesover their actions which hurt them. As a result of this, when they pray, their prayers would not be answered and by extension, this has led a lot of people to hell because unforgiveness is a hindrance against spirituality.
There are some things you need to know about forgiveness.
Sometimes, forgiveness is hard
When someone has offended you, it might be difficult for you to forgive the person just like that without holding grudges against the person. There is a saying that forgiveness is for the strong. I totally agree with it.Forgiveness sweet
Forgiveness is sweet because whenever you don't do so, you cage yourself. When you forgive others, you would be free from anger and other negative emotions.

It is not easy to let go of resentment especially when the person did something extremly bad. Giving up your anger is a great way to forgive.To cease from bitterness and grudges

This means letting go of of offences no matter what. when you always give excuses for people's wrong doings, you would find it very easy to forgive.

In forgiving people, we should try to let offences go no matter how difficult it is.
One of the wise sayings my best friend is found of saying is, "learn to forgive people in advance" In line with this, think of the worst thing someone can do to you and try to forgive the person in advance.
It should be noted that the funny thing about forgiveness is that no one is perfect and just like people have offended us, we also offend others everyday.
