The Non Profit is not concerned with blockchain code.

You mention no blockchain code, yet do not mention the Foundation to have a mandate for other software projects. Is that your intention?

You mention the Worker Proposal yet it is sounding like you are not mandating the Foundation to financially support such projects?

    Mostly, the Foundation is about the softer side of the Steem Blockchain.
    The Worker Proposal DAO, is baout funding Software projects.

    The Foundation is about working to promote Steem. to help get tohers involved, to market it, and work to make it stronger. We find it important NOT to waste time and energy duplicating other projects.
