This song is old, but still bumpin in 2019. Love the laid back vibe, the hit of the drums and the piano is hypnotizing. The lyrics are even more powerful and thought provoking. The song hardly received any airplay for the controversy surrounding the events of Hurricane Katrina. Beyonce, makes a slight guest appearance in the background. Frank Ocean, a true artist. Enjoy!

The song opened the flood gates of the distinct similarities between Hurricane Maria and Katrina. The financial logistics revolving around both hurricanes. VULTURE FUNDS STAND TO MAKE MILLIONS IN WAKE OF HURRICANE MARIA
