Thanks so much for sharing, her response is so typical of government official that I had to laugh despite this being a very serious matter. See, you can never get anywhere with them because no matter what you want, it is never the responsibility of the person you speak with but someone else's and either they send you to another person who will do the same or shut you up right there saying you have no recourse. In either case most people will give up because they have to go to work to feed their families and yes, pay taxes.
