Fear
"Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you." (Deuteronomy 31:6 NKJV)
We are heirs of many spiritual blessings because of Jesus. One of them is that we can always be freed from fear. We find God several times saying in the Scripture: "Do not be afraid, for I am with you!"
God does not want us to fear because our fear keeps us from receiving blessings and whatever He has planned for us. He loves us and He wants to bless us. We can escape from fear through His beloved Son, Jesus Christ.
Satan always seeks to intimidate us, he send us fear to make us be twisted and sad to be impeded to do what God wants and not to receive new blessings. But we can live without fear if we live by faith based on the truth of God's word.
2 Timothy 1: 7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
@rahela I know god cast out all fear but sometimes the idea of growing old alone creeps me out. Thanks for this
