[FreeSmallGames] Blocky Xmas

Blocky Xmas is a puzzle game for browsers and mobile phones, that offers many interesting levels.

#FreeSmallGames: There are many free games out there. This series of posts about interesting free games. These games are small in size, usually playable on browser.

This is one of the games I mentioned in my Freebruary post. Blocky Xmas is a simple puzzle game by Bartbonte, <- check him out! He has a lot of other games.

In this game you're required to place blocks in a specific area. You control a star block that can connect with other blocks and move with them. The blocks don't move with you if there's an obstacle in their way which allows the game to offer many challenges depending on the obstacles in each level.

The game has many levels, and the challenge is increased with each level. At first there's only one block that you're supposed to move but the number of blocks following the player is increased as you continue to play.

One feature worth mentioning is the "help me" option, If clicked, the games tell you how to solve a level that you might be stuck in!

I liked this game for its simplicity and the way it brings many different challenges with such small idea. It proves that you don't need a lot of game mechanics to have an fun game.
