couple of things - this kind of comment is considered spam and might earn you some downvotes from big accounts.
Second, your self vote is completely useless and you are wasting your voting power since there is no payout under 0.03. And, you are showing yourself in an even more annoying light - first your unrelated drop of a comment and then self-voting.
With this behavior, you are not going very far.
