Hi Dear,

I have asked you to live a happy and healthy life, keep healthy relationships and live happily. The most important of all is to love yourself. It might sound silly but just look into your life. How many times have you complimented yourself? How many times you have blamed yourself?

If you can’t love yourself, how can you love others? Love, happiness and many other emotions come from within. So, be generous about complimenting yourself. Be happy to treat yourself for that achievement. And most importantly, Love yourself for who you are.

There may be thousands of interesting people out there. But, you're the only one you’ve got and it is up to you to make yourself of what you want to be.
