Important

The most important thing in life is your health, I think. I am not a believer so I am free to have my own opinion.

Even if someone is unfortunate to have ill-health, it's important that everyone who knows them help them to the best health they can experience.

Without good health, life is spoilt.

Looking after your health is hard with so many temptations of food and sitting around with your phone but it really is so important.
