Day 26 Prompt: Depression - 200 day selfie 5 minutes freewrite contest

Depression

It is a state of mind that effects your emotion and feeling that goes beyond sadness.

All of you have migut have experience happiness as well as sadness. And you would like to keep the happinesses for a long long time but you will want the sadness to goes away fast. Somehow you will use your mind to overcome sadness with your will power.

Depression on the other hand has go beyond sadness that hurt your feeling deeply into your heart and it is painful emotionally. It is so bad that you may loose all the willpower you have and to some extend you may look for alternative to end the pain.

I hope you will never have to go thru any depression in your life but if it hits you, you have to try your very best to deal with it. It hurt your emotion so bad that you may even want to end your life to avoid it.

You need to stay strong by not allowing yourself to be alone. Let someone knows that you need accompany. Tell your case to some specialist while your are still able to make that decision. Whatever the cause of depression, keep away from thinking about it. And think of some incidence that keep you happy.

Perhaps it is easy to deal with depression before it get started. Self control plus some specialist care is the best remedy to deal with it.

I hope none of you have to go through any form of Depression.
