5-Minute Freewrite Prompt: Snoring

The orchestra had become louder and louder. He regretted to agree to share room with these two for camp. He thought he would be so tired with all the activities and he would be sleeping like a baby, forgetting that the other two would be sleeping like two dinosaurs interacting with each other in their sleep.

He was wrong!!

These two were at a whole new different level. They snored one after another. After one stopped on the left, the other continued, then the left one would pick up again, "composing a new song".

Time was ticking, it was already 3am!! "Can someone please knock me off with a baseball bat or something? This is driving me insane!"

Nicholas was thinking if he should walk out of the hotel room and sleep in the doorway. Just then, he suddenly remembered that if he tapped on them, perhaps it would disrupt their sleep routine and stop the snoring. He tried tugging the bed sheets. Nope, the snoring got louder. He tried to push them one by one. Nope, that didn't work too.

Finally......

Nicholas did what someone deprived of sleep would do. He sang on top of his lungs!! Guess what? They did not wake up but the snoring stopped!

"Thank goodness!!!" Nicholas almost screamed. He prayed a prayer.

The next morning, Mark and Darren woke up and asked Nicholas why he was snoring so loudly last night. Now, look who's talking, the dinosaurs!!!!!

Anyway, want to guess what was his prayer?
