Caterpillar (5-minute Freewrite)

All the friends at the hostel are preparing to go to a birthday party. And one of them are taking very long time to wear his shoes. Why is it so?

Because he is a caterpillar and he has a lot of shoes to wear.

LOL.

This is the first thing that came up as I looked at the prompt. We are still at church camp so everything is still messy because the children are not well too. And my brain is still cloggy but I am determined to finish off the race of "daily freewriting".

I always think the metamorphosis process is mysteriously beautiful. From egg came forth the caterpillar. It must be wondering why it has so many legs (I hope I got the info correct as it have been reading books for awhile).

Then the caterpillar will eat its egg shell then all the leaves. Up till one point when it is big enough, it will hang at one of the stem of the trees upside down and start to build a hard skin around it. It will slowly become a pupa.

The caterpillar goes through a lot of changes inside the pupa. After 2 weeks it will become a beautiful butterfly.

Pondering upon how the creation works only point me to one thing - that our Creator is Awesome. And I love to think that we as human also goes through a lot of changes in our life.

Sometimes we become better. Sometimes we become worse. I hope I am in the former.

ALWAYS WISH THE BEST FOR EVERYONE. Now what does this have to do with caterpillar? I wonder. But this is the wonder of freewriting.
