5 Minute Prompt - Helicopter
FIFTY SHADES OF GREY came to mind when I saw the prompt of the day!
I stopped everything & I knew I just had to write down my thoughts.
Christian Grey & Anastasia Steele, two very opposite characters yet they both found love in each other. One so naive & innocent while the other so violated & burned in every way possible imagined. All it took was one unexpected interview followed by an overdose of drinking by Anastasia and then the helicopter scene.
He tighten the harness so I can hardly move. You're secured, no escaping, he whispers. Breath Anastasia, he says softly. I like this harness. It fits you perfectly well. Christian turned serious "Okay, Tower. PDX, this is CHARLIE TANGO-GOLF-GOLF-ECHO HOTEL, cleared for take-off. Please confirm, over. "
They were riding on the EC135 Eurocopter. It's said to be the safest in its class. Fully equipped for night flight & definitely the right transport to give a lady a great first impression.
As predicted, love triumphs over all darkness & once you've read all 4 books like I did, you'll end up loving EL James even more for giving us such opportunity to know the true meaning of BDSM.
Afterall, we're all matured adults & always looking for new experiences.. don't deny yourself that EVER !!
good recall of your favorite movie. You seems to be able to remember alot in the movie. You sure have a good memory or you really like that series.

The book series was my favorite. Didn't enjoyed the movie though....
Omg you remembered all the details even the helicopter itself!! Haha I’ve only read two books - the second one got really long and dragging. I watched one movie - it had so much soft porn in it haha

Movies are made to sell so I guess they need to do what it takes. But the book is up to the imagination of the reader.
Book #1 shows so much darkness in Christian but as I move to the 4th book, GREY... That's Christian side of the story telling, I end up feeling sorry for him.
So, yeah I guess I really do remember most parts of the book. I even bought Book#2 in Sydney airport as it wasn't for sale in KUL 😁

That being said...
I personally have never ridden a heli before so I wouldn't be able to imagine how it feels to ride on such a classy one.
(The fact you remembered the details of the heli is impressive)

I read the books many times over. Lots of it cannot be reveal if not I'll be banned for life 😆
