MY FREEWRITE OF THE PROMPT: DEW
Hi guys, I happen to be participating in the 5 minutes freewrite hosted by @mariannewest. The promp for today is DEW
Nonso a boarding student had just finished having her breakfast at the refectory. That morning had been very dull/gloomy and cold. It seemed the early morning sun shied away from earth that morning.
It was time for the school’s assembly so Nonso and her friends headed to the school’s field. While they moved through the walkway, they couldn’t help but admire the beautiful flowers and leaves of the trees around them, the grasses also looking glorious with droplets of the dew on them. Their beautiful scents also became more pronounced because of the dew. The fields were slippery so the students had to be careful while they walked on the field unless their faces might just kiss the ground.
