How cool it is in the shade on a summer day. What a joy it is to seek shelter from the sun at the beach under a magnificent beach umbrella. There I could spend hours reading with my kindle. So many good books to read. Books like The WikiLeaks Files: The World According to US Empire or The Big Bamboozle: 9/11 and the War on Terror by Philip Marshall. These books reveal what lies hidden in the shade...unpleasant truths revealing how democracy dies in darkness. There is always a price to be paid by those who fight for truth, justice, and freedom. Mr. Marshall, his two teenage children, and his dog were all found dead in their house with bullet wounds to their heads. Today they came for Assange.
